11/20/2023 0 Comments Radium springs nm campgroundsWinter? It had good spots for individual camping. Campground was booked solid all winter, however the upper group campground was closed for winter. Campground would be nice if you got the few campsites facing the view instead of the road. The area is nice but has lots of homes nearby. I seriously hope someone wAlks the trail with map in hand yo correct it. Went left as it said and had to climb over a fence to get to the bridge ti the upper road. Followed it, too much vegetation to see much of the river and thus was winter time. Decided to check the day park out and found there was a continuation of the river trail there. ends at a locked gate, but there is a decent campsite on the right and ATV trails to the left.
